WCC Student Ministry Mission Statement:
The Williamstown Christian Church Student Ministry in Williamstown, Kentucky desires to create a community of young people that are ROOTED in Christ, STRENGTHENED in our faith, and OVERFLOWING as disciples who make disciples.
ROOTED
Our walk in this world can often be difficult. We desire that young people have a strong foundation in Christ, ready to withstand all things. We do this by being firmly planted in the Word of God, surrounded by a community of peer believers. It’s for this reason that we call our regular Wednesday night programming Rooted.
STRENGTHENED
Spiritual growth is best measured by change. Therefore, we hope that students leave our programs with the tools to continue growing in Christ’s Church for the rest of their lives. We understand that no one is perfect, and maturity doesn’t happen overnight, so we desire to make daily steps that bring us closer to Christ.
OVERFLOWING
When Christ enters our lives, everything changes. Our lives, actions, words, and desires are all different. A maturing follower of Jesus who is rooted in Him and strengthened in their faith will see the natural overflow in their life. This is shown by our love, service, generosity, and making of other disciples. God doesn’t call us to sit and watch, but to be an active part of what He’s doing in the world around us.

Service Time:
ROOTED – Wednesdays 5:30 pm
What to Expect:
We begin at 5:30 pm with a meal, then head to the youth room at 6 pm. Each night is different, but usually includes a mix of games, teaching, and small group time.
